Our client is a premier property developer ion Sydney, recognized for delivering ultra high-end residential developments that redefine urban living. Due to company growth, we are seeking a Civil Site Manager based in Sydney to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all civil construction operations on-site from bulk excavations through to piling, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and to the highest safety standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing daily site operations and serving as the primary liaison for all Civil project-related matters.
- Championing a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, building codes, and best practices.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress, productivity and compliance
- Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise
- Collaborating effectively with contractors, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Providing hands-on leadership and guidance to the civil construction team
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience as a Civil Site Manager or Supervisor ideally within the residential space
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices and procedures
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Thorough understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Effective communication and people management abilities
