Our client, a prestigious builder developer specializing in luxury residential projects, seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee high-end residential construction ventures valued in excess of $50m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project specifications. Review variations, claims, and dispute resolutions with precision.
  • Project Oversight: Lead monthly cost reporting, track key milestones, and maintain a centralized contract database with critical dates and deliverables.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Manage tender processes, evaluate proposals, and ensure subcontractors meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Conduct regular site meetings to address contractual issues.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to WHS regulations, conduct risk assessments, and maintain audit-ready documentation using platforms like Procore.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to foster a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential or commercial construction, with proven success in projects exceeding  $15m.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Procore, Jobpac, or similar software. 
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
